BUILT was founded in 2009, during the height of the financial crisis that followed the 2008 market collapse. We began by acquiring distressed real estate development properties—projects that had been forced to stop when their original developers became defunct.
Hands-on experience gives our team the judgment to make responsible, informed decisions at every step of the development and construction process.
We use current building technologies, value engineering, and the latest design finishes, supported by disciplined project management, to pursue quality, efficiency, and long-term value.
